OK, after repeated issues when the seller first told me to use Paypal, then he could not receive funds on it. Then told me to use Skrill and then.. Yes, he could not receive money on that.
Then he claimed that this was my issue, despite I have registered and fully verified 3 year old accounts on both platforms, that I must have some issues with them. I contacted Skrill and was told I had no issues and the issue is something from the seller's account. Not sure what's going on..
Either way, he cannot accept payment so I recommend he should not be selling, as he is wasting everyone's time with this crap.
