Private Proxies-Urgent Suggestion Needed

Hello community,
I need one more help , Urgent suggestions needed related to private proxies
I will be using private proxies for Automating social media accounts(in Day time) and sharing my blog posts to Social media networks (at nights)
(FB, Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr, Reddit and so on)

I was using https://proxy.webshare.io/ for free
but it has a 1GB bandwidth which got exhausted in 1-2 hrs. of usage. Now it has plans of 7$/Month for 50 GBs Bandwidth.

Meanwhile searching for more proxy providers I found some Cheap and relevant proxy providers with Unlimited bandwidth

Now my Question is with which Proxy Provider I should go. Can someone analyze or compare this websites and plan and let me know which is best to proceed ahead.

Also Can I use only one IP on different networks to automate and post or I will have to use different proxies for different networks
