What you're looking for is H5P Drag & Drop features..
I just came across this earlier this week with the Eduma theme (using LearnDash) not LearnPress.
Check here for the various content types it supports - https://h5p.org/content-types-and-applications
For Babiato - Copy this into google -> "h5p" AND "learndash" site:babiato.tech
For YouTube - Copy this into google -> "h5p" AND "learndash" site:youtube.com

Thanks for replying. I already figured out that's an H5P tool. However, I was checking if there is any addon to accomplish similar thing in Learndash.
