You could try disabling a few of the other plugins that may be causing the conflict.

I found the problem , its seem to be Fast Velocity Minify plugin the problem
now Fast Velocity Minify plugin is throwing this error when i try to activate it while Dynamic.ooo plugin is active :
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class MatthiasMullie\Minify\Minify in /xxx/xxx/xxx/xxx/wp-content/plugins/fast-velocity-minify/libs/matthiasmullie/minify/src/Minify.php on line 27
i guess im not going to use Fast Velocity Minify plugin for a while.
