we can null themes but we need first the theme
so must be purchased or share by other user

@rareout You can RIP the HTML content, strip the worst part of the HTML (WordPress leftovers) and voilà, you would have the perfect HTML template which you could import to any dynamic platform of your choice. The problem is that the theme is very slow as per most of the comments as well as the support is really poor, so even if you buy the theme officially, to make it work as it should you would require tremendous amount of time and coding efforts...
