I've been trying to find this feature in a WooCommerce plugin for several months but there was not a single one

Hi I couldn't find that plugin but if that feature is all you need, why don't you use Woocommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discounts?

Discount Rules for WooCommerce

it has much more features I already tried all other plugins. It can activate rules with coupon codes and should also be able to apply a badge.

I am using yith now but it cannot start a rule with a coupon. I want visitors to use a spin wheel to get a code and enable a rule with the code they got.

I'd like to request the PRO version of Discount Rules for WooCommerce too.
It has some features no other plugin has.

YESSS. I need to apply a 10% discount towards the cart after purchasing x4 of item X...
I feel like this is only possible with this plugin and I need to get it done by Monday @.@
