This theme has been shared here, the latest version being version 3.2.2..... but it has a bug in calculating the number of nights when making a booking.
Looking at the sales page comment section the developer acknowledges the bug but states that the bug was fixed through an update. Problem is that the shared version 3.2.2 still has the bug!

You can check the DEMO INSTALLATION with the bug .
Choose say between Jan 6 2020 to Feb 28 2020.....The correct number of nights is 53 but it's showing 51
