Finally found it.
But it's not all we made it out to be. There's a lot of manual stuff in there and it's not been nulled yet.
PS: Automated messages only work with "WhatsApp Business API"

The version shared here is not nulled. Only works using Test button, but it won save the changes made to notifications messages, and it wont send any notifications when woocomerce order is created.
A red messages always there:
"
This is a trial version of WPNotif, please register the plugin using purchase code from here to use full version. If you have not purchased WPNotif yet, then please visit this link to buy a genuine licensed copy.
"
