On your wordpress-hosting page the High Speed Servers info box still mentions Hostinger,

I really love the use of the Counter element on your 404 page. (The dedicated-servers page goes to the 404)

its not a theme tbh... I used Hello elementor which is a blank theme.. the entire frontend is made on elementor

Looking good, some links at the bottom are /# so they lead nowhere. But looks good, so if the whole server powered by cloudflare? Looking at the Name servers it looks like the free version of cloudflare. So just curious if your just saying the main site is going through cloudflare ?

I was going to say it looked a little like hetzner.com but when it comes to some hosting sites a lot of them look the same to me
