All websites loading slow, you must use Cloudflare to help you with page speed loading or DDoS-Guard which also have a free plan, also you if use apache consider switching to OpenLiteSpeed or Nginx with tuning.
It takes 10s or 30s to load every website and Yes I'm from Europe.
Your server is hosted in Netherlands, which is not good to reveal where you host it. Use at least reverse proxy.
