Found the solution.

1. Installed the theme and plugins
2. Go to RISE Theme Options > Systems
3. Look for 'API Connection Proxy' and click the 'INACTIVE' to make it ACTIVE. It will turn to a green button.
4. Go to 'Demo Import' tab on top of the theme options, then click 'Run Demo Import'.
5. Select your chosen Theme and ENJOY!
