it doesnt matter expect you use adsense. exoclick etc it doesnt matter they just want your traffic they dont care about your content after all most of ad coming from them full of scam or adult things.

My website is an adult one. I can't use adsense for it.

just try it. some manga in my website is basically hent@i. and i still use adsense. i only get notice from google two days ago that 11 adversitor didnt want to advertise in my website because adult content. but the rest is fine. no ban no penalty and things like that.
basicly i think that as long as you didnt post real life po!n or shortlink or safelink to download file or video related matter. it's harder to detect it. i see manga like "parallel paradise" in some website have ads from adsense. and its basicly hent@i with plot
