just manual update. delete "[]" mark from the link. here you go:

No, I think your plugin has updated and it is your caching system that is misleading you.
To check this, you just have to go in your folder and file server tree. In "content/plugins" look for the plugin "commercegurus-commercekit" and edit the file "commercegurus-commercekit.php" to read the version.
Come back and tell us all about it...

Hello there, it really did help me by downloading this, it changed the version to 2.2.0.

Is there a message telling you that you can't download the data or are you missing the product photos?
If it's the pictures, nothing to worry about, it's normal. For the rest, we'll see?

So, with a 500 error:

1) maybe it's the configuration of php.ini values.
To be sure, you should see the logs.
Please enable WP Debug logs and check what kind of error occurs when trying to import. More info on how to enable WP Debug Logs can be found here : https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-set-up-wordpress-error-logs-in-wp-config/

So, let us know what the error is, so we can help you further.

2) Is this a new site, with nothing? If so, you can use WP Reset Plugin to clean it up if too much data is causing problems.

3) your store is in production and you already have orders. If yes, depending on the quantity of orders (a lot), it can generate errors with Woocommerce during the import.

Come back with some information.
