Signer is a PHP system that allows users to create digital signatures, add text to PDF documents and sign PDF documents online. Signer allows users to manage files through a database file system and folders. Requesting signatures couldn’t be more easier since it’s just a matter of sending an email request via ‘Request sign’ feature.

dear guys,
I have updated database settings in .env and imported db in mysql
still i am facing this following error. help me with this.

Thanks for the reply, I tried the based on installation doc instructions.

Which PHP version do you using? I tried on PHP 7.4

Im using 7.2, it works fine on my end i firstly didnt follow the doc, but then when i did everything came in place

Anyone getting this error uploading database.sql ?

#1293 - Incorrect table definition; there can be only one TIMESTAMP column with CURRENT_TIMESTAMP in DEFAULT or ON UPDATE clause

I'm using php v7.3.27

it's working on my end and yes its not the latest update, once i have it i will update this resource

okay, after installing do i have to do anything to enable it send request to user to sign a document?

cuz I tired requesting a user to sign a document but its stuck at the loading page

Stuck on Loading icon but send request yo email customer, on customer side same problem, sign works well and document is signed but stuck in loading icon

but in admin panel on signing requests show document signed

i test multiple php versions with the same results

otherwise product is discontinued from author, last versión is 3.2.4?

PD on php 7.1.33 works well, php7.2, 7.3 and 7.4 stuck on loading logo...

were you able to fix your issue buddy?

have you checked your .env file if your app url has trailing/extra "/" in the end? if you do, then remove it and reload the site...let us know if this fixed the issue:
