I live in a small city with about 15k people. I want to built a website where i post news (about once a week), forum and webshop where the local stores can sell product.
What will you recommend me to use and how would you built the website?
Im not going to charge anything, like pay for webstore or pay for membership. If i use ads on website, is going to be google ads.
