He meant the bottom sticky ad when you scroll through it appears. And it's not a part of auto ads, auto ads support only anchor and vignette.
I have also seen sticky ad in bottom instead of top anchor . . And that's too part of AutoAds (if optimization is checked under the domain, only high traffic domains gets that option - other doesn't) . @Tomz can clarify further .

Yes please, if you can, show a screenshot where the bottom sticky display ad is enabled. Just to make things clear.

I know what you mean, but the one you see above anchor (the responsive display ad) it sticks when you scroll through posts, and then disappears. After spinning a little, another same type of ad appears, and when you scroll down it disappears again. As I said "Optimize site autoads" feature only gets added after the domain gets huge traffic . In normal adsense account that feature doesn't exists, I have personally handled one of my client's website where I seen that feature also which even doesn't exists in my account

I saw it for the first time yesterday, so probably, it just got activated for Babiato.YA,

We're currently using the cracked and nulled version of Babiato, it shows no Ads.
Till when there's a new update.
