I have a website, and it's troublesome every day to be attacked by bot registered users, I have installed a captcha, but it can be penetrated, can anyone give advice?

do you use cloudflare? btw, ask @tuton012 as tuton is good with security

2. many user register everyday?

See even if after captcha is getting penetrated then I'll suggest you to use Captcha but with highly sensitive kind of if you have saw captcha of LinkedIN then you will know. But I'm not saying to create like that but as such similar and with login form add one API function which will recognize whether it's spam registration or Real.

many users signed up, but it's a bot

Do you know why your site in particular is being attacked like this? Its not an easy task to get passed Google Captcha if you're using it correctly.
Can you PM your website so I can take a quick look
