I'm searching for a better plugin to speed up my wp website. Unfortunately, the internet is changing the popular wp speed optimization plugins from time to time. Please suggest a plugin to speed up my wp website !

I use perfmatters and my speed goes to 98%

first get managed wp-hosting (best would be with server caching), then something like perfmatters or asset cleanup to load scripts only when needed
for shared hosting you would be safe with wprocket

Use redis cache
You will definitely see wonders with it....
