Suggestion for developing a plugin

Hi guys...
I want to develop a plugin for WordPress that is needed by most users and also a less developed plugin. What subject do you think I should work on?

I suggest that developing you
- a crawler plugin (especially products)
-or a woocommerce toolkit plugin (it should be lightweight and choosable feature like ON/OFF options.)
-or a woocommerce Credit Card payment plugin from any bank (It should be like that "Add Bank" feature and it will ask requirements as Bank needs (API or PIN or client ID whatever, ) and when we finish customer can choose any bank options when checkout page.
