You can use Vimeo. As of i know that is best.

If the content is legal, then you can use Wistia, Cloudflare Stream, Vimeo, etc.

Could you please state for the rest of US why SiteGround would avoid headhaches to host OTT?
Do they have some particularly interesting offers for Video hosting/streaming?

Never use a normal hosting provider to host video files, it will end up in heavy bandwidth cost, more resource usage and they dont have encoders for streaming your video.

To OP: Vimeo is the cheapest out there and you are good to go with a 20 USD plan with limited storage and weekly limited or 50 USD for unlimited. They have domain privacy and many enterprise features.

i use Vimeo and it goes very well also for my proyects site i use namecheap
