There is a website (not mine) with over 500,000 topics on it. I need to move these topics to my website. if I do it with my own hands, then I will wear them for more than a year. is there any tool (plugin, module) that will help me somehow speed up the transfer?

why would you do that, its plagiarism and illegal, and google does not like it.
you need to create your own content if you want your website to be worth anything.
