I have seen my account has been suspended, contacted my provider said it's suspended for spamming.
I have never used any email services or any marketing services in my hosting, there was 2 websites and a staging site.
Any idea on this?
Can you suggest any cheap but good hosting providers?

Let us know your hosting provider. So that we never use it! Everyone gives you a warning before suspending your account. Especially these tough times for hosting companies.

If the hosting provider has suspended it for spamming, I think you might have sent a lot of emails or you might have used plugins or themes, that have backdoors, and this might have resulted in the issues.
No company will suspend you without a reason, also they might have mentioned the reason and have provided you some proof.

So we people will keep sending spam, if the company suspends our account, the company is at fault?

Hosting provider is really good, I am using this (I don't want to mention the name) for a long time.
They have sent me a list and fount it's legit, one of my client's email id been misused from last 5-6 days.
I had word with my client, and he said he has not done anything.... I believe him because ( the list of email id sent me by server proofs that the email id used for spamming, used with automated script and I bet my client can't do that as he is old enough and have no idea about automated services.).

Now I have only way out is to request them to deactivate the email id and retrieve my services. Lets see whats happen.

Yes! The company needs to listen our side also. They need to work with their customers on solving the issue. What if his server was hacked? So yeah, fu** that hosting provider. Move on. Let them go out of business FAST!

With that attitude, I think you are still a kid! Welcome to the world of humans where everyone makes mistakes, and as @elmocando confirmed, the account has been retrieved by him. So before jumping conclusions kid, make sure you know both the sides of the story!

I don't know if @elmocando talked to the hosting company before he posted here, but I don't think he did from the way he posted. Please do not jump to conclusions, before even knowing the real reasons! I hope the company provided you with enough reasons and proofs that indeed SPAM was sent via your account?

Every company out there is to help you, and it might take some time for them to reply. But jumping to conclusions is not the right thing.

Please do not consider this message as targeting, but we need to be patient and learn to respect others too. Just saying fu** the company seems very childish to me, for the mistakes committed by the customer.

maybe use gmail instead? to avoid things like these in the future
Exactly. Or he can go ahead and use Zoho as a provider, if he is not looking to pay for emails. Hosting emails on cPanel is so old school now. Also, Roundcube or squirrel has a very boring interface that doesn't even satisfy basic needs. Moving to either gsuite or zoho or office 365 is always a good solution.

Of course you retrieved your account. Hosting companies can't afford to lose customers. Next time they shut you down just move on!

Yes true.
FOR A NOTE: My Service Provider is really good, I have no complain against them, service is better than so called BIG providers.

Actually when I wrote the post, I had no clue about the suspension, they just mentioned the reason (Spamming). After that they provided all the details and seem legit to me.

Planning to go for 3rd party providers.
