Hi i am currently setting up a website that allows users to register there pets microchip number once it has been chipped, The site will need to be able to transfer the microchip number from one registered user to another registered user so that they are now the owner of that dog for example breeder a might register the chip under his name but once he has sold the pet the new owner will need to transfer ownership over to them.
does anyone no how would this be done ? ive been struggling with this one for abit now lol
