Understanding Resource Requirements for WP Rocket Plugin Download

Hi everyone!

Sorry for my ignorance, but today is my first day in the community. Could someone please explain what "Hidden text, you need 3 resources, but you currently have 0 resources" means?

I would like to download the WP Rocket plugin, but I got this message on the download page:

It says I need 3 resources to get the key to decrypt the archive, but how can I earn these resources, and what exactly are they?
