Uploading files to shares on external site to share?

I wasn't able to find the question so I hope this is okay to ask here. First I know how to upload files. My question is if I can upload files that I have downloaded? Every file is from Adobe Stock and Elements Envato that I have acquired over the years through my own personal membership. I am in the process of organizing everything between categories but would like to share the files if others can use them. Is there certain recommended websites I should upload to share them on here? I have them in split up in various cloud drives like Icloud and google drive but wasn't sure if that was acceptable or because I am a new member it wasn't allowed? There are way too many to attach in post and before I started deleting stuff, I figured I'd ask first and maybe others would benefit? None of the files are nulled or downloaded from anywhere except adobe stock and elements envato. If this isn't allowed my apologies.
