I started using Link Puro Mame , I live in Mexico and their rate for Mexico is very high like in other latin American Countries.
They paid me my first 3 USD posting Youtube Links of new music videos in Twitter and Facebook.
I made the 3 USD in 4 days in a Twitty account with 2300 followers and a Facebook account with 3,000 friends, so I think is a good start.
Couns: they only pay in PayPal and Paxum (they don't send Bank transfers or Bitcoin transfers even when the footer of the page have a Bitcoin logo)
Pros: The shortened links don't have popups or Pop Unders, just banners
