i was wondering what webhost allows content like hoodsite/bestgore/liveleak.

i cant seem to find one

Best solution is to rent colocation space in a datacenter, set up your own hardware there. It will be much more expesive but you won't have any issues.

Probably depends on country laws, I do not know of any that will allow that.
