v3.9 is still the latest as far as I can see. Although it says a 1st May 2020 is available, I think it is purely licensing updates.

Please correct me if someone knows differently.

All works for me...

1)Install webify_nulled.zip
2)Install the 4 plugins from the plugins folder
3)Install the other plugins it mentions including the recommended ones (especially One Click Demo Importer)
4)Go to Tools > Import & Under One Click Demo Importer click Run Importer
5)Select the demo you want and enjoy!!

I wasn't aware that I had to install some third party demo importer for that. TYSM! for the detailed instructions.
