This have been discussed quite a few times around here. Depends on what you need it for. Sell courses? Live classes? Both?
Subjective opinion: I've been using WPLMS since February and I've created a school management kind of app based on it, with live classes, schedule, upload/download content, homework and so on. (of course with some code changes to achieve everything as I needed)
Others using other systems may say different. It's only trial&error until you get the one best fit to your needs.
