Isn't "Banu Vikas" and indian name? Actually "Bhanu Vikas" would be more correct.
About your question: it might be a chance if they/he prove that you actually stole it and it's not under GPL license.

Edit: in the meantime they will just give the app bad reviews.

you won't be ban it just a review google require certain users report before they start investigating your app

Either developer or large number of people report on your app and proves your app is not eligible to be on play store then it will be removed.

Can’t do sh** without proof, it will probably just mess up your sales/download rate.

you could try to report the review as a malicious/fake review to get it removed. Try to claim racism or some other crap.

It doesn't matter as long as the coding are safe, who's to say a nulled app, you can't simple remove all registration requirements. It's not a hard process just time consuming.
