Woocommerce- SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token '<'

Hello,
I am having an issue with my WordPress checkout page.
When Someone places an order it shows

On Safari
SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unrecognized token '<'

SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 4

On Firefox
SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 2 column 4 of the JSON data

I tried with deactivating all the plugins and also changing the theme.

Is there anyone who can help me out?
