WordPress Form and Database Education (help)

Hi everyone, I'm trying harder to learn the functionality of a website that they are using in an HTML form by using Selection, Options, and then printing respected saved data in the form of a table (from a database).
I have already tried Ninja Forms Pro but couldn't achieve the desired/similar results.
Here is the example website: https://iphone-worldwide.com/data/

What I want, is to learn this functionality and create a sample project. Your contribution to helping will be appreciated 😊

I do not understand that do you want to achive "making" this table or do you want to "learn" how to make this table without plugin?

Without plugin: noway with current you. If you really want to learn how to do it by hand, please take 3 months at least to learn HTML & CSS, JS, PHP & WordPress from basic.
Plugins: Tablepress or other table plugins should work.
PS: this section not suitable for your request, it should be at request/ general discussion section.

you can use the wpDataTables plugin and youtube it to learn how to use it to help you with these case
