check please if you can export the settings/data before the updated Plugin or whatever or if there is the possibility. If and so, export and after update import. It seems to me like a reset data, which is not logical and should not happen

1) I never said you shouldn't update the plugin

2) Before update

- > check please if you can export the settings/data

3) If and so, first export, second update, third import data from previously export

I can't know exactly what can happen. I'm just trying to help you with very general suggestions without knowing the possibilities there

Hello!

If you don't have a backup I'm afraid you'll have to redo the part that were erased.

Before updating anything (be it WordPress, plugin, theme or anything else) always do a backup! And if you're working with Elementor pro, save your templates so you can just re-insert them if something like this happens.

First restore all the plugins and then disabled them and reactivate them 1 by 1 and check everything fine. You'll find the culprit plugin.

Download those plugins from their websites or from wordpress.org and update them in your cPanel
