First of all happy december 1st

I'm creating a website/webshop for a friend, and he would like to be able to create orders and customers on the frontend - using woocommerce.
He is going to visit a lot of company's, in person, so at first my idea was to use a POS system, but that might be too much, considering what his needs are - and the different POS systems I've tried, wouldn't play together with some other plugins, in terms of custom WooCommerce checkout-/billing-/shipping-fields, like EU VAT and so on.
So I was hoping that someone in here, has a better solution - so my friend doesn't have to take all his notes on post-its
