To be eligible to create a sales thread you MUST meet these requirements...
1: Have been a member of Babiato for at least 10 Days.
2: Have a Reaction Score of at least 10.
3: Have no more than 5 warning points.
4: You must provide proof of your service/product to @Mrsam_1 before your sales thread will be approved.
5: This may include you being asked to provide a "vouch" copy of your product/service to me.
6: If you are not prepared to do this then DO NOT try and start a sales thread.
7: You also need to have read all Marketplace Rules
I wanted to buy one but later-on found issue in editing the Single Lesson Post. I wanted to display lessons as LearnDash. So, gave up the idea of buying the license during the sales.

No I am elementor plain theme with elementor designs. And, Cart Flow including other necessary templates.I don't have this issue.
I use Kadence WP and Learndash, with Elementor and cartflows plus lots of CSS code fixes and my website loads up really fast.
Maybe you're using those bloated themes. Like talemy for example.
Have you tried using WP Rocket?
Although, I use Lite Speed Server Cache plugin.
