Hi,

I would like to buy elementor lifetime license, but dont want to give access to the webistes FTP as thats not secure

1) No such thing as a lifetime Elementor Pro licence.
2) Elementor Pro licence activation isn't by key. So unless someone wants to sell you access to the login details for their Elementor Account then the only way you can buy it without giving someone access to your WP admin panel is by buying directly from Elementor yourself.
