[WTH]Wordpress Theme + Store WooCommerce install support needed

Hi everyone!
I have good experience in Joomla but WordPress is only basics, so I need someone to help me build one website in one way or another.
Example 1, build it for me and let me put articles images, and what is needed, but you do categories, setup woo commerce and link tree...
Example 2: I build everything but you respond to questions, monitor my work, and give me educational advice...

The website needs to be like this one, not exactly but the theme is plants: tinyurl.com/ppllantss

What I can give.
1. Google Workspace Admin NONPROFIT account
2. Office 365 Subscription on your domain for 10 years, only 10 accounts possible...
3. pay money...

But look at this, Office 365 Subscription for 10 accounts x 10 year is around 20
Microsoft 365 Business Premium $22.00 user/month
Math
$22.00*10user=$220.00*12months=$2.640*10years =$26.400

Well, that is kind of you! Do you have any works I can look at and see how big is your knowledge?
I have a big knowledge of Joomla CMS, so I really need someone to point me and show me the logic of WordPress... Those are similar CMS, but I have never worked on any WordPress site, know how to install but creating articles, creating WooCommerce, and putting it to work would cost me time and I really need someone to hold my hand and pinpoint important things. I appreciate your offer, please respond via PM.
