BABIATO FORUM TERMS AND RULES

To effectively navigate the Babiato Forum and ensure compliance with its terms and rules, consider the following specific and actionable tips:

  1. Structure and Presentation: When composing your posts, prioritize clarity and visual appeal. Use headings, bullet points, and proper formatting to organize your content. If applicable, include relevant images to enhance understanding and engagement. Aim for a professional tone that reflects maturity and expertise.
  2. Monetization Strategy: Limit your advertisements to a single layer, utilizing a reputable short-link generator solely for link shortening purposes. Ensure that your links direct users to authentic content without any deceptive or misleading practices, as violations can lead to severe penalties.
  3. Download Links Compliance: Share download links only through reliable hosting services such as Google Drive, Upload.ee, or Mega.nz, which do not impose speed restrictions. Avoid any links that require premium accounts for access, as this is against forum rules.
  4. Use of Spoilers: When sharing sensitive information such as licenses, accounts, or purchase codes, always use the "Insert Spoiler" feature. This not only complies with copyright regulations but also maintains the integrity of your post.
  5. Respectful Communication: Foster a positive community atmosphere by treating all members and moderators with respect. Refrain from using any form of abusive language and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  6. Content Review Awareness: Be mindful that all content you submit may be subject to review by staff members and third-party verification services. Avoid sharing any private or confidential information to protect your own interests.
  7. Content Integrity: Ensure that all submissions are original and unique. Before posting, conduct a search to verify that your content does not duplicate existing material. This will help maintain the quality and originality of the forum.
  8. Link Restrictions: Refrain from posting links to third-party websites, forums, or blogs, especially those related to warez or pirated content. This includes any links that require user registration.
  9. Avoid Spamming: Focus on genuine contributions to the forum, steering clear of any promotional activities for personal blogs or social media. Keep all discussions relevant to the forum's core topics to avoid potential bans.
  10. Account Management: Do not create duplicate accounts for personal gain or engage in multiple entries for promotions or giveaways. Such actions can lead to penalties for both primary and secondary accounts.
  11. Giveaway Participation: Ensure that giveaways are restricted to members who have been active for at least 30 days, and utilize hide tags to limit visibility and reduce spam. Remember that private messages are not a legitimate method for distributing giveaway content.
  12. Rule Violation Consequences: Familiarize yourself with the warning system and adhere to forum regulations to avoid penalties. Understand that severe violations may result in immediate bans, especially for new members.
By implementing these strategies, you will not only comply with Babiato Forum's terms and rules but also enhance your presence and reputation within the community, ultimately advancing your knowledge and career.

To ensure that your affiliate link is perceived as valuable and trustworthy by your referrals, consider the following actionable tips:

  1. Enhance Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the benefits and unique features of the product or service you are promoting. Create informative content such as reviews, tutorials, or case studies that showcase how the product can solve specific problems or improve the user's experience.
  2. Personalization: Tailor your approach to the audience you are targeting. Understand their needs and preferences, and communicate how your referral can meet those requirements. This will create a more authentic connection and increase the likelihood of conversion.
  3. Transparency: Be transparent about your affiliation with the service. Let your referrals know that using your link supports you, and ensure they understand the advantages they will receive by using it. This builds trust and credibility.
  4. Avoid Shorteners for Redirection: Stick to using non-payout-based link shorteners solely to shorten your links. Avoid any ad-skip URL shorteners or double redirects that might confuse or mislead the user. This will prevent any negative perceptions associated with your link.
  5. Eligibility Compliance: Before sharing your affiliate link, ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria established by your platform:
    • Be an active member for at least 3 months.
    • Achieve a minimum of 100 genuine reaction scores through valuable contributions.
    • Maintain a clean record with no more than 5 warning scores.
  6. Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community by providing helpful advice, answering questions, and sharing insights. This will enhance your reputation and make your links more appealing when shared.
  7. Educational Content: Create educational resources such as e-books, webinars, or video content that add value beyond the affiliate link. This positions you as an expert and encourages users to trust your recommendations.
  8. Utilize Analytics: Track the performance of your affiliate links and analyze which strategies yield the best results. Use this data to refine your approach, ensuring continuous improvement in your referral efforts.
By implementing these strategies, you will not only comply with the guidelines but also increase the effectiveness of your affiliate marketing efforts, ultimately enhancing your career and reputation within the community.

To navigate the guidelines regarding signatures, profiles, and review threads effectively, consider the following specific and actionable tips:

  1. Signature Compliance: If you do not meet the marketplace requirements, refrain from using your signature for promoting services or items on external sites or forums. Ensure that your signature aligns with the rules to avoid unnecessary edits by staff.
  2. Profile Links: Similar to signatures, avoid including promotional links in the website section of your profile if you are not eligible to sell in the marketplace. This will help maintain your credibility and prevent potential penalties.
  3. Signature Size and Design: Keep your signature text and banners concise and visually appealing. Avoid overly large or distracting elements that could disturb the reading experience of other members. A clean and unobtrusive signature will enhance your professional image.
  4. Conduct Thorough Searches: Before posting requests, take the initiative to search for existing content on Babiato. This will not only save you from potential embarrassment but also demonstrate your commitment to contributing meaningfully to the community.
  5. Adhere to Request Structure: Familiarize yourself with the request structure rules outlined in the forum. Ensure that your requests are well-formulated and posted in the appropriate sub-forum to avoid having your thread locked or receiving warnings.
  6. Prohibition of GPL Site Content: Avoid starting threads that link to content from GPL sites, regardless of the claimed intent (giveaway or otherwise). Such actions are strictly prohibited due to trust issues, and any violation could lead to immediate thread closure or account suspension.
  7. Establish Trustworthy Sources: Only share content that you can confidently verify as legitimate and not derived from questionable sources. This helps maintain the integrity of the forum and protects you from potential repercussions.
  8. Review Thread Guidelines: Prior to creating a review thread, ensure you meet the necessary requirements and demonstrate genuine contributions to the community. Avoid using the review section solely for personal gain, such as backlinks or clicks, as this is frowned upon.
  9. Avoid Spam-like Behavior: Refrain from creating review threads immediately after joining the forum. This behavior is often perceived as spam and may result in negative consequences, including thread closure or account bans.
  10. Engage Meaningfully: Focus on building your reputation through valuable contributions and interactions within the community. Genuine engagement will establish you as a respected member and improve your standing in the forum.
By adhering to these guidelines, you will enhance your compliance with Babiato's rules and foster a positive reputation within the community, ultimately contributing to your professional growth and success.

Review Threads

To successfully create a review thread on the forum while adhering to the guidelines, consider the following specific and actionable tips:
  1. Age Requirement: Ensure that your user account is at least 48 hours old before attempting to create a review thread. This demonstrates your commitment to the community and aligns with forum policies.
  2. Craft a Thoughtful Introduction: When introducing yourself in the "Introductions" section, provide more than just a generic greeting. Share meaningful information such as your interests, professional background, and what you hope to gain from the forum. This will foster connections and help you receive a warm welcome from other members.
  3. Engage with the Community: Aim to participate in discussions and contribute to the forum to reach a minimum of 10 messages before posting your review thread. This engagement will not only familiarize you with the community but also enhance your credibility.
  4. Clear Review Structure: When drafting your review thread, ensure it contains all the necessary details:
    • Domain Name: Clearly specify the website you are reviewing.
    • Website Duration: Indicate how long the website has been active.
    • Niche Type: Optionally, include information about the website’s niche, such as its focus area or target audience.
    • Additional Information: Share relevant non-sensitive details, such as hosting provider, server specifications, theme name, and plugins used.
  5. Specify Feedback Expectations: Clearly outline the types of feedback you are seeking from members. This could include aspects like design, speed, overall performance, or traffic insights. Providing this context will help others give more targeted and useful feedback.
  6. Thread Title Format: Use a straightforward and concise title for your review thread, such as "Review: www.babiato.tech" or "Please review my website." Avoid excessive styling or embellishments that could make the title appear spammy, as a clean and professional title will attract more meaningful responses.
  7. Content Appropriateness: Ensure that the website you are submitting for review adheres to community standards. Any sites containing inappropriate content will be removed at the discretion of the staff, so double-check your website's compliance before posting.
  8. Solicit Constructive Criticism: Encourage members to provide constructive feedback by framing your request positively. Express your openness to suggestions and improvements, which fosters a collaborative atmosphere.
  9. Follow Up: After receiving feedback, be sure to acknowledge the contributions of members who took the time to review your website. This demonstrates gratitude and encourages future interactions.
  10. Learn and Implement: Use the feedback received to make meaningful changes to your website. This will not only improve your project but also showcase your willingness to grow and adapt, further enhancing your standing within the community.
By following these guidelines, you will enhance your chances of creating a successful review thread while fostering positive relationships within the forum, ultimately advancing your knowledge and career.

Making Requests

To ensure a productive and respectful environment when making requests on the forum, adhere to the following specific and actionable guidelines:

  1. Introduce Yourself First: Before posting any request, make sure to introduce yourself in the "Introductions" sub-forum. Provide some background information about yourself, your interests, and what you hope to gain from the community. This builds rapport and sets a positive tone.
  2. Wait for Profile Age: Allow your account to age for a minimum of 2 hours before creating any threads. Avoid the temptation to create an introduction and request thread back-to-back. This demonstrates patience and respect for the community's protocols.
  3. Limit Sequential Requests: Refrain from posting more than two request threads consecutively. Instead, engage with the community by participating in ongoing discussions, thanking contributors, and welcoming new members. This approach fosters goodwill and helps you build a positive reputation.
  4. Avoid Leeching Behavior: Be mindful of how you engage with the forum. Profiles that consist solely of request posts will be viewed unfavorably. Strive to contribute to the community meaningfully to avoid being labeled as a "leeching rat," which could result in warnings or account bans.
  5. Craft Clear Requests: When making a request, ensure that it is well-structured and easy to understand. Include an official source link or reference to provide context. Use a clear and descriptive title that conveys the essence of your request, helping members understand what you seek.
  6. Conduct Thorough Searches: Before making a request, utilize the forum's search feature to check if your request has already been addressed. If similar content exists, refrain from duplicating requests. This shows initiative and respect for the existing contributions of others.
  7. Engagement is Key: Take time to engage with other threads and contribute to discussions. Share your insights, provide feedback, or offer assistance where possible. This will strengthen your presence in the community and enhance your credibility.
  8. Avoid Duplicate Accounts: Do not create duplicate accounts for the sole purpose of making requests. Such actions are strictly prohibited and can lead to immediate bans. Always use your primary account to engage with the forum.
  9. Be Aware of Consequences: Understand that violating the forum's rules can lead to warnings, thread locks, or even permanent bans. Familiarize yourself with the regulations to ensure you remain in good standing within the community.
  10. Maintain a Positive Attitude: Approach the community with a generous spirit. Acknowledge the contributions of others, express gratitude for assistance, and exhibit a willingness to help. This fosters a collaborative atmosphere and enhances your experience on the forum.
By following these guidelines, you will contribute positively to the forum environment, build valuable connections, and enhance your standing in the community, ultimately advancing your knowledge and career.

REGARDING CREATING HAVOC/RESOURCE ABUSE

To effectively navigate the guidelines surrounding resource sharing and requests on the forum, consider the following specific and actionable tips:
  1. Understand False Positives: Recognize that many antivirus engines, including VirusTotal, may generate false-positive alerts, especially when encountering encrypted code. If reputable resource distributors claim their products are safe, trust their judgment and ignore these alerts unless you have valid proof of malicious intent.
  2. Avoid Unwarranted Accusations: Before labeling a resource as a virus or malware, ensure you have substantial evidence to support your claim. Posting unsubstantiated accusations can lead to warnings or account bans, so always approach such matters with caution.
  3. Respect Developer Protections: Developers often encrypt their code to protect intellectual property. Understand that this is a common practice and does not inherently indicate malicious behavior. Focus on the legitimacy of the resource instead of jumping to conclusions based on encryption.
  4. Do Not Share Leaked Data: Refrain from sharing, selling, or redistributing any leaked database information or sensitive data. Such actions not only violate forum rules but can also lead to serious legal repercussions. Respect the privacy and security of all individuals.
  5. Avoid Fraudulent Activities: Stay clear of any scripts or services designed for fraudulent activities, such as Ponzi schemes. Engaging in or promoting such behavior is strictly prohibited and can result in account suspension.
  6. Handle Contact Information Responsibly: Do not request or share personal email addresses or contact details for commercial purposes within forum threads. This practice can lead to spam and marketing misuse, so keep communication confined to necessary transactions and valid purposes only.
  7. Respect Premium Account Policies: Sharing access to premium accounts, such as Netflix or Envato Elements, is not allowed. These types of accounts are often temporary and can lead to frustration for users. Avoid creating threads related to the sale or sharing of such accounts.
  8. Password Protection for Resources: If you choose to restrict access to your resources, use password protection wisely. Set reasonable requirements for access based on either the number of resources shared (max 3) or the duration of membership (30 days). Ensure that the password is included in the resource details and the first post, without requiring users to PM you for it.
  9. Proof of Purchase: Only share resources that you have personally purchased. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase to designated staff members if requested. This ensures that all shared content is legitimate and respects copyright laws.
  10. Equal Access to Resources: Ensure that all resources you share are freely available to all members, and avoid selectively distributing content. If you set restrictions, adhere to them strictly and report any attempts by members to bypass these rules.
  11. XenForo Support Policy: Follow the XenForo support policy strictly if you are seeking help related to XenForo. Make sure to contribute to discussions that align with the forum's focus.
  12. No Sharing Outside the Forum: Do not share Babiato resources outside of the platform. This practice is strictly monitored and can lead to severe consequences, including warnings or permanent bans.
By adhering to these guidelines, you will foster a respectful and productive environment within the forum, enhance your reputation as a responsible member, and contribute positively to the community's growth.

BABIATO MARKETPLACE TERMS AND RULES [BUY/SELL]

To effectively navigate the guidelines for selling and creating threads in the Webmaster Marketplace, follow these specific and actionable tips:

  1. Thread Approval Requirement: Remember that all new Marketplace threads must be approved by staff before publication. Ensure your thread complies with all forum rules to facilitate a smooth approval process.
  2. Detailed Product Descriptions: When selling, provide comprehensive details about the product, including:
    • How and where the product works.
    • Advantages and disadvantages.
    • Validity and service duration.
    • Potential for expiration, blocking, or suspension.
    • Clear refund policy, detailing how and when refunds are applicable.
  3. Avoid Selling Nulled Products: Selling nulled products is strictly prohibited unless the product is not available for free online and the buyer has specifically requested the nulling. Clearly communicate this in your product description and the associated risks involved.
  4. License Management: If you have purchased themes or plugins from official sources like Themeforest or CodeCanyon, you cannot sell individual licenses. Instead, consider selling the entire account or refrain from selling to avoid complications with license suspension.
  5. Service Offerings for Installation: If you have multi-site licenses, you may offer installation services rather than selling the license key directly. Ensure you can prove your purchase to staff if requested.
  6. First Sale Integrity: After making your first sale, do not edit your initial post to change product details such as validity or functionality. Attempting to mislead customers will result in severe penalties, including potential bans.
  7. Refund Policy Compliance: If a mistake occurs, admit it and issue a refund per your stated policy within 72 hours. No excuses will be accepted, so ensure you remain communicative with your buyers about any issues.
  8. Buyer Caution: As a buyer, carefully review all details of the product before purchasing. Avoid untraceable payment methods like BTC and seek out reliable payment gateways for transactions.
  9. Prohibition on Microsoft Products: Selling Microsoft product keys that offer permanent activation is strictly forbidden, while subscription-based licenses may be considered for review.
  10. Warning on Premium Accounts: When selling premium accounts or services, clearly indicate any risks of suspension or blocking. Provide thorough details in your thread to avoid misunderstandings.
  11. Use Trusted Payment Gateways: Only utilize reliable payment methods such as PayPal or Stripe that allow for traceable transactions. This safeguards both parties in case of disputes.
  12. Faulty Product Claims: If a digital product is reported as faulty, the seller must resolve the issue within ten days. Ensure your product description includes potential fixes and your commitment to customer service.
  13. No Telegram Links: Do not post links to Telegram channels or use Telegram for marketplace purposes, as it is an anonymous platform that complicates trust and verification.
  14. Re-distribution Restrictions: Do not sell re-distributed products unless you are the original author. Avoid modifying scripts to present them as original works for sale.
  15. Community Contribution Requirement: Before posting in the Marketplace, ensure you meet the following eligibility criteria:
  • Be at least 1 month old on the forum.
  • Have a minimum of 100 genuine reaction scores.
  • Maintain no more than 5 warning scores.
  • You must provide proof of your service to @MrSam_1 or @comcpa2022 before your sales thread will be approved. This may include you being asked to provide a "vouch" copy of your product or service to him. If you are not prepared to do this, then do not try and start a sales thread.
By adhering to these guidelines, you will foster a trustworthy selling environment within the marketplace, enhance your reputation as a responsible member, and contribute positively to the community's growth.

Group Buy

To effectively manage and participate in Group-Buy threads while adhering to the forum's guidelines, consider the following specific and actionable tips:
  1. Eligibility Criteria for Group-Buy Threads: Ensure that you meet the following conditions before posting a Group-Buy thread:
    • Be at least 90 days old as a member.
    • Have a minimum of 300 genuine reaction scores. Avoid using spammy tactics to inflate your scores.
    • Maintain a minimum score of 40 points.
    • Have no more than 5 warning scores on your account.
  2. Admin Group-Buy Option: If you feel uncomfortable dealing with ordinary members for Group-Buy arrangements, consider using the admin-managed option. This provides a safer alternative where the admin team or approved moderators handle the logistics of the Group-Buy to ensure reliability and satisfaction.
  3. Avoid Misleading Terminology: When selling products, refrain from using terms like "lifetime" or "forever." Such claims can mislead users, as no product or service can truly last indefinitely. Always be honest about the duration and nature of the service.
  4. Nulled Products: Selling nulled products that are not available for free elsewhere is permissible, but be aware that your item may be subject to review by admins or moderators. Ensure that the product is legitimate and you understand the implications of selling such items.
  5. Risk Awareness: Understand the risks associated with selling or purchasing illegally obtained products, including accounts for streaming services. Such accounts are often unreliable, and sellers may provide misleading promises. Avoid engaging in or promoting these types of sales.
  6. Promotional Giveaways: If you are offering promotional services via giveaways, ensure that they include a minimum trial period of 7 days. Shorter durations will be considered as marketing tactics and may lead to thread closure.
  7. Thread Bumping Guidelines: Avoid unnecessary bumping of your threads with generic phrases (e.g., "bump," "we are active now"). Such practices are considered spammy and are no longer tolerated. Only bump your thread if you have significant new information to share.
  8. Bumping Frequency: You may only bump your thread once every 48 hours, provided there are new responses from other members in between your bumps. If your thread does not receive responses, do not attempt to bump it further.
  9. Consequences of Violating Bumping Rules: Be aware that violating the bumping rules can lead to serious consequences:
    • First violation: Thread closure with a warning.
    • Second violation: Prohibition from selling on Babiato with a final warning.
    • Third violation: Permanent ban from the forum.
  10. Maintain Community Integrity: Approach your participation in Group-Buy threads with a spirit of community and contribution. Engage positively with other members, and always prioritize transparency and honesty in your dealings.
By following these guidelines, you will create a trustworthy and engaging environment for Group-Buy threads, enhance your standing within the community, and contribute positively to the forum’s growth and reputation.

Just to Remember

To successfully navigate the rules regarding hosting services, marketplace transactions, and general safety on the forum, consider the following specific and actionable tips:

  1. Domain Age Requirement: Ensure that any hosting service you promote or offer has a domain that is at least 2 months old. This helps establish credibility and reduces the risk of scams associated with new or temporary domains.
  2. Professional Design: The website associated with your hosting service should have an authentic-looking design that reflects professionalism. A well-designed site can instill trust in potential customers and indicates a serious business effort.
  3. Security Measures: Verify that the hosting service you are promoting is secure. Look for HTTPS in the URL and proper security certificates to protect user data. This is essential for building trust with your customers.
  4. Existing Customer Base: Show evidence of existing customers and positive feedback. This can include testimonials, ratings, or case studies that highlight the effectiveness of the service offered.
  5. Google Search Presence: Confirm that the domain appears in Google searches. This can help validate the legitimacy of the service and ensure potential customers are not dealing with a recently created site that may disappear.
  6. Reputation Maintenance: As a seller or giveaway holder, maintain a good reputation within the community. Address any concerns or complaints promptly, and engage positively with other members to build trust.
  7. Prohibition on Google Services: Avoid selling Google-related products (e.g., GSuite accounts, Google Drive unlimited accounts). Such sales have a history of causing issues on the forum and can lead to immediate warnings or bans for violators.
  8. Want to Buy (WTB) Threads: If you are responding to a WTB thread, ensure that you meet the selling requirements outlined in Marketplace Rules. Failure to comply will result in your post being deleted and potential penalties against your account.
  9. Intra-Forum Transactions: Conduct all transactions within Babiato using the PM system. This helps maintain transparency and allows moderators to assist in any disputes that may arise.
  10. Conduct Thorough Research: Before making any purchases in the Babiato Marketplace, thoroughly research the seller and their offerings. Look for reviews, feedback, and any red flags that might indicate potential issues.
  11. Payment Method Safety: Always use payment methods that provide buyer protection and allow for refunds if necessary. This protects you in case the transaction does not go as planned or if you encounter a scammer.
  12. Understand Your Risks: Be aware that all purchases made in the marketplace are at your own risk. Babiato staff cannot assist in recovering funds if you are scammed, but they will take action against those who engage in fraudulent activities.
By adhering to these guidelines, you will create a safer and more trustworthy environment for yourself and others in the Babiato Marketplace, ultimately enhancing your experience and success within the community.

:CLARIFICATION OF MARKETPLACE "RULE NO: 4" LICENSED PRODUCT POLICY:

LET'S HAVE AN EXAMPLE:

THEMEFOREST, CODECANYON LICENSE POLICY
: There are many products (ex: Newspaper theme, BeTheme, plugins etc)
  • works partially without license,
  • some completely doesn't work without license,
  • even some 100% works without license (in those cases the license only supports to give auto-update feature) . . .
OTHER THIRD-PARTY DEVELOPER SITES: Same thing for other developer sites (except those themeforest, codecanyon, envato market) where the product
  • works partially without license,
  • works nothing without a license,
  • works fully 100% without a license. . .
WHAT BABIATO RULES STANDS FOR:
  • If you are selling/group-boy a product, make sure the item works fully without a license, or it can be fully workable with a little (1 - 2 lines of code changes) changes,
  • REASON: Whoever will purchase the product (which requires license to make the product work fully) deserves to get the product license key, you can't deny it.
  • BUT, What if some over-smart/traitor tends to RE-SELL the same license to other people, or LEAK the license to somewhere else, or report the developer/author about license code breaching.
  • THEN, as per most of the developer's site rules: the account holder's account/the license will be banned/black-listed. Hence, for one/multiple dickhead moron every other genuine buyer will have to regret of losing money. You can neither track the leaker, nor you can REFUND the whole amount to every buyer by instant time . . .
WE / I HAD RECEIVED SUCH KIND OF REPORTS OF LICENSE BREACHING EARLIER, HENCE THOSE RULES WERE WRITTEN , , ,

SO,
IF YOUR GROUP BUY ITEM COMPLIES WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CONDITIONS (TO WORK WITHOUT LICENSE ACTIVATION/WORK FULLY WITH LITTLE 1-2 LINES OF CODE CHANGES) WITH BUYER'S ACCEPTANCE OF NOT GETTING THE LICENSE KEY IN HAND AND INSTEAD 1-2 LINES OF CODE CHANGES REQUIRES TO MAKE THE PRODUCT WORK FULLY. . .

THEN YOU/ANYONE ARE FREE TO START THEIR GROUP-BUT/SELLING THREAD . . . .
