I just downloaded and tried it on my local site theme twenty nineteen, it throws an exception
a licensing error as occurred

and it keeps on looping through the cycle

Yes, it works well otherwise, BUT don't displays any scroll bar on the tools [left side panel] - I haven't come across a nulled version which displays that scroll bar for the elements. I have tried Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Brave browsers.

It did load BUT broke the entire css for the page .. Genesis

hmm yeah seems there is some server URL check going on for the css file as well as the js file now, I will try fix and upload proper null later, for now I have reverted the download to 4.04
