Me ha ayudado he descargado los archivos que se han dejado anteriormente y he instalado el script desde cero.

Recomiendo que su base de datos y contraseñas de correo electrónico no tengan caracteres especiales.

Lea la documentación del script y cómo configurar la carpeta / public.
También verifique su php.ini / user.ini
