max_execution_time = 600
upload_max_filesize = 32M
post_max_size = 48M
memory_limit = 512M
max_input_time = 300

Now it is working!! Thanks guys what an great platform!!!!

@Tomz, I think there must have been some change in the elementor pro template library importing.
While connecting the free elementor account it says we could not find PRO account.
I have been using my old free elementor account but since last week i am unable to import the templates. for eg popup templates.

getting 401 unauthorized.

Popup importing works absolutely fine as always with my null;

It will either be a conflict with your theme, another plugin, or more likely an issue with your server/php.ini configuration... Anyone having issues should first read through this entire discussion thread and make sure you have considered everything that could cause it.

1. You have to use both nulled, elementor free and pro has to be nulled. becoz they use tracking of license.

2. You need to create a free account in elementor to access libraries.

Switching back to 2.8.3, i am getting licentie error sometimes .

and I created a free acoount, maybe it's not proper nulled?
