first i replaced new version on old version which was working perfeclty minus some templates not working but now with the new version none of the templates works , i event deleted Elementor and Elementor Pro and freshly installed latest version and i still have this issues ,

Licence status is Active and fine



any help or advice is appreciated

I have this problem too, but it doesn't matter now. I tried and even if you create a new account, it doesn't work. This version has many problems, I believe it was the elementor programmers who strengthened the system
