i used namecheap but 500 visitors were enough to make my website down

We are Offshore and we allow manga.
Your website probably goes down, because of high resources usage.

Web Hosting is SHARED, with limited resources. If you use more RAM and CPU than the usual. Then Web Hosting Shared is not your best choice.

Also I suppose that you have manga videos, that makes a huge increase in resources, for this reason. Web Hosting Shared is not good for what you need.

VPS is the best, if you knowledge is the best to avoid that situations. Also, you can install ISPManager which is PAID, but they have support.

try flynet, you can upgrade the disk only if you want, also you can costumize the server as much as you want....
the price is so cheap
and if you need to handle alot of visitor like... 10k visitor at once
maybe 2-3 processor is enough
and 4gb ram is enough too...

for making that's all working great
maybe you must using OLS (openlitespeed)
they can do ip throttle and handle alot of visitor compare to nginx and apache....
so that's my suggestion

Stay away from Alexhost. I've used it before, their servers are very problematic. They don't give refunds either. On their site they say they give 30-day Money back. Don't be fooled by this.

btw if i can give some suggestion...
for manga hosting especially hosting the image....
i try idcloudhost and flynet...
they booth had great speed, so for image only or media as a whole.. it's pretty good... (not perfect but normal GOOD)

idcloudhost... from indonesia, they seems didn't care about dmca, you can add it some cloudflare so your ip not tracked, and also you can fully manage the resource that you want... (i using 1 CPU, 2 RAM, 20GB disk) working pretty good...

you just need to had good throttle.... in my case... you can always using openlitespeed.... it will works better on bigger sites....

i suggest you separate the sites into 2 different part
1. for the sites itself (handling the UI)
2. for the image

so if something happen, you can fast trackback which ones is down...
and overall it's made the server run lighter because image and css and other's require different approach
like... always on... you can connected it to the sites
and anti scrapper you turn it on on the image serv
