I get the same error. Only disabling the Ocean Extra plugin will remove the error

In order sticky header and other addons work, OceanExtra should work, @TassieNZ @NullMaster guys help.

I have reinstalled version 1.6.7. of the Ocean Extra plugin and the website is back to normal. The problem is definitely in version 1.6.8.
Is it possible to solve it?

Here is the last version of the package that I made. I added ocean-elementor-widgets-1.2.4 (which replaces 1.1.9) and oceanwp-2.0.2 (which replaces 2.0.1) which I got from wordpress.org. For ocean-extra-1.6.9-nulled, I got ocean-extra-1.6.9 from wordpress.org, I replaced the files in includes/client-migration with those from version 1.6.8-nulled ( their version was unchanged). Everything works for me but validation by the team is desirable.
