The Elite Blundle version they have shared is number 5.11.0. You need to download and install the free 5.11.0 version from the Wordpress repository.

At the bottom you can select it and download it. This is how it works for me.

The hint to get version 5.11 working in Post #26 above works … but there has been quite some development up to the current release 6.9 and the old one doesn't work anymore with newer themes. Especially the print layout, the advanced printing features and measurement conversion functions are broken.

If anyone could share a newer release for the "Elite" Plugin, it might work with the same trick as above.

Just tested: there's no need to null this one, as it fully works without registration. You have to install the free WP Recipe plugin first, then add the Elite version that @marni shared to that.
