even successfully install and shown "Cheers You have been succesfully activated."
all pro widget is actually not working

Have you got the free version installed? You need them both.

Yes I do have free version installed

also messages about license is activated

however all pro version widget is broken, for example:
circle menu:

however, I find out some of the pro widget is working, some is not:

svg = working
animated headline = working
pro button = not working
circle menu = not working
flip box = working

Advanced Separator (pro) also not working

Do you have either Optimized DOM Output or Improved Asset Loading turned on in Elementor Experiments?

That's odd that Optimized DOM Output is active by default for you, it's inactive by default for me so try turning it to inactive and see if that helps.

Ok my final idea is go to Elementor > Tools and regenerate the css
