everything is working for me i dint do any special settings but server crash after some time so need to restart 3.5 is more stable then v4

For those who are facing issues in blast schedule even after running schedule-run
If you are facing blast schedule issue even after running schedule run then
1. First check if you are getting 0 output after running yourdomain.com/schedule-run
2. If you are not getting 0 in output then you might wanna add the schedule run function from custom-route.php file
3. If you are getting 0 in output after running schedule run and messages are still showing pending then first change your timezone from UTC to your own TimeZone, after that you need to change the date-time format from 2015-10-23T03:34:40 to 2015-10-23 03:34:40 (Just replace the T with space) which is getting saved in the database refer this for replacement help
4. After that just run yourdomain.com/schedule-run and the schedule blast will work
