Try this method:
Just paste this into the theme (or better, the child theme you should be using!) functions.php file

function fix_w2dc() {
if(get_option("w2dc_v20Qd10fG041L01") !== 1){
update_option("w2dc_v20Qd10fG041L01", '1');
}
}
add_action( 'admin_init', 'fix_w2dc' );

No need to use any purchase code or API token but if you want something to show in those boxes, just type it in and hit the save button.
You could force the same option update in the plugin somewhere but this way the fix will stay even if a plugin update tries to re-verify the license using a different method.
