I have 5.6 installed and when I went to install this plugin it said it was downgrading to an older plugin. I don't think this is the newest version.

Good day to all.
I have two such problems. The first problem with the UTF-8 encoding in the knowledge base is that Cyrillic is not displayed. The second one is with the form for creating tickets, then the "Submit" button does not work, or it says that the ticket is open, but in fact it is not.
Please help me to solve these problems.

Hi sebastiahn,

in whmpress/includes/whmpress.class.php, in first line, remove the code before <?php

I had the same problem, I looked for this code with notepad++ and found the same, removed it and it was solved, working
