Added keyword and affiliate link ad type support for Bob's Classifieds add-on.
Added new position criteria for Bob's Classifieds add-on: "Item ID is" and "Item ID is Not".
Added ad setting to display a close button for users to hide the ad.
Added widget option for featured threads to select which ad type to display: sticky, promo or both.
Added "Notes" tab to ads where you can keep notes regarding the changes you have made.
Added "Max invoice amount" option to promo codes.

Fixed an issue with promo codes not working when extending ads.
Fixed an issue with displaying approval message when the user has permission to bypass it.
Fixed an issue with ad owner change tool where purchase value is set to 1.
Fixed an issue with images not maintaining proper aspect ratio when responsive.
Fixed an issue with promo threads where "Enable custom thread fields" only works if "Enable custom thread prefix" is also enabled, due to a JS error.
Fixed an issue with position criteria where "not" conditions will prevent ads from showing in other places. (For example, when using "Thread ID is not", will prevent the ad from showing outside a thread.)

Bugs Fixed
Fixed a potential error with banner ads.
Fixed an issue with daily stats where bogus data could be sent as the position id.

Ads Manager 2 by Siropu v2.3.10 Xenforo 2.1
Added admin option "Enable page info" that allows you to view the controller class, controller action, view class and the content template name of any page (to use in page criteria).

Added code ad option "Enable lazy loading" to load the ad after the page loads, when the ad container is in the view.
Added code ad option "Display without wrapper" to display code ads without any div tags around the ad.

XF Page criteria option "Content template is" now allows you to use multiple values separated by commas.
